Geilo is easy to get to. You may wish to take the boat from Kiel to Oslo. It will take approximately 3.5 hrs. to drive from the harbour in Oslo to the ski resort (the roads are good). We not only arrange this boat crossing for you, but we also offer an attractive discount! You can also take a flight to Oslo Gardermoen. There are buses from the airport to Geilo. The bus transfer takes approx. 4 hrs.

Most of the lifts and pistes are open from 9:30am until 3:30pm, from the start of the season until February 1st. From February 1st to the end of the season, closing time is extended by one hour to 4.30pm.
