General Conditions
Invoices
Invoices will be sent by e-mail only to the e-mail address that you have provided. You will usually receive an invoice within one day of placing your booking. If not, then you should contact us immediately. Bookings will be final unless we receive notification from you that you have not received the invoice and/or that you wish to amend the booking within two days of the booking being placed.
Payment
A deposit of 30% of the total sum is payable within two weeks of the booking being placed. The balance should be paid no later than two months before the arrival date. If you book within two months of the arrival date, then the full amount will be payable immediately.
Cancellations
Cancellations should be made by telephone or by e-mail. In the event of any cancellation being made up to two months before the arrival date, then the total amount paid will be refunded minus a cancellation charge of NOK 500,- or SEK 500,- (approx. € 60,-). The full rental charge will be payable if a cancellation is made within two months of the arrival date.
Liability
We cannot be held responsible for snow conditions, closed facilities and/or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Other conditions
The person that booked the travel arrangements for themselves or on behalf of others are severally liable for all individuals that he or she registers as guests. The “booking party” should be at least 23 years old and will be held responsible for all accompanying guests in the event of damage to, or items missing from the accommodation. The rented accommodation may only be used by the number of persons agreed and those included in the rental agreement. The accommodation, the furniture, etc. should be treated with care to prevent any unnecessary damage. Smoking in the accommodation, excessive noise and any other unacceptable behaviour will not be permitted. If these rules are ignored, a warning will be issued. In the event of a repetition, guests will be required to vacate the accommodation immediately, at forfeit of the total rental charge. If the accommodation is not handed over in a clean and tidy condition, both inside and out, a restitution fee will be payable either on departure or at a later date. Irrespective of any payment made for final cleaning, you will be responsible for washing dishes, cleaning the accommodation inside and out, and the disposal of any refuse. Complaints and/or the report of any damage should be made immediately at the reception.
